About this workshop

This private experience is designed to help your group rediscover the ancient art of "making pasta" as an act of love. Beyond the recipe, we will explore the sensory connection and emotional legacy passed down through generations.

• Welcome and Arrival: Refreshing infusions and botanical. A moment of arrival and presence to set the perfect mood.

• The Soul of the Dough: You will experience the tactile transformation of flour and eggs into a living substance.

• Generational Craftsmanship: A hands-on session focused on creating a lasting memory. Let your imagination run wild as you create various traditional pasta shapes.

• The Sweet Tradition: Preparing a classic Tiramisù while the pasta rests, a lighthearted moment of shared joy and anticipation.

• KIMA’s "Reset": A signature interlude featuring a private aperitif. Enjoy handmade “bruschetta” paired with a fine local wine and beverage, recharging your energy for the final culinary steps.

• The Garden Sauce: Creating an authentic tomato sauce using fresh seasonal vegetables, tomatoes, onions, and basil. As it simmers, the classic aromas will fill the air, delighting the senses while we prepare to cook the fresh pasta.

• The Convivial Table: The culmination of the journey. A private dinner to savor the dishes created together, celebrating the authentic pleasure of Italian conviviality.

• Conclusion: A refined farewell and a small memento of the time spent with KIMA.
